Zeeland is a Provence of The Netherlands, in the south-west. The beaches are a great place to relax in both summer and winter.
Filled with cute, authentic old towns, close to the sea wherever you are, this is the perfect spot to relax and wind down.
Vegan dining isn’t a thing here yet, so I don’t have any tips there, but hopefully in the near future it will start to take off more.
If you are planning to visit, I have a wonderful tip for a peaceful stay (including a great kitchen, if you need to do your own cooking), and of course a place for you to practice yoga.

When in Zeeland I definitely recommend practicing Ashtanga Yoga with Annemieke van der Zouwen at YogaPassie. She is such an experienced teacher and will make sure to guide you professionally through the practice. Her expertise will take you to the next level, and she’ll challenge you to take as much as you can out of your practice. All levels and everyone can join her classes, since she makes it supper accessible, and teaches in the true tradition of her teacher Manju Jois (Pattabhi Jois’s son). I took the Ashtanga Led Full Primary class, and felt great after!

If you are conscious about living sustainably, and want to stay at a beautiful village located super close to the sea, this eco friendly Water Village is for you! We brought two dogs, and chose a house with a fence. Everything was very well taken care of, and the villas asre absolutely stunning. Also, the beds and sheets are super comfortable. I could really feel myself resting, relaxing, and winding down. If you are in need of peace and quite, definitely go here!
