On Thursday March 17 we will host a Ritual full of tenderness and peace, consisting of lunar meditation, lunar manifestations, journaling and a gentle practice of yoga asanas.
We hope to create an opportunity for all of you interested in taking part in this event to take some time out for yourself, to unwind, relax and invest in your personal growth.

About your teachers:
After completing her 200h Yoga Teacher Training in India, she returned to Maastricht to teach yoga here and to further develop her knowledge and practice of yoga.

Desirée fell in love with both the physical practice of yoga asana, as well as the spiritual practice. With a deep interest for a holistic approach to life, she decided to study natural nutrition and Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest healing systems that originated in India. Her love for yoga has inspired her to take multiple teacher trainings, and her yoga education is based on Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, and Trauma Conscious Yoga. She is also a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher.

Moon days bring spiritual energy along for us to tap into. During these days we can take the time to get rid of old energies and habits, allowing ourselves to create a new set of habits and therefore a new future. Our Ashtanga classes are open to students of any level, although a medium level of physical endurance is recommended
During the entire month of October you can join us for a new class: Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga. If you've never tried this style of practice before, you'll be able to learn the postures in a loving and fun setting and if you're a seasoned practitioner you will be able to join in and enjoy your practice!
