Welcome to the high vibe community!
I am a yoga loving, sun seeking happy hippie. I thrive most when I take time for myself, to be around people I love, time for personal development and growth, and my morning routine that includes yoga, meditation, and journaling.
Through the practice of yoga I feel more in alignment
and connected to my true self.
Yoga has taught me to be my authentic self and to follow my own path. In addition to the physical practice of yoga asana (the poses), I also like to delve into the spiritual practice. With a deep interest in a holistic approach to life, I decided to study natural nutrition and Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest healing systems that originated in India.
My love for yoga has inspired me to take multiple teacher trainings, and my yoga education is based on Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, and Trauma Conscious Yoga. I am also a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher.

Besides yoga, personal growth and development has always played a big role in my life. I love to keep learning and I always think I can do more and be more. That is why I firmly believe in taking my time to invest in myself, through courses, coaching, mindfulness, mentorships, trainings, books, you name it! I feel so blessed to have been on this path from a very young age. This has given me so many opportunities for growth and for my desires and dreams to come into fruition. I would love to be there for you, on your journey, to support you to do exactly that! Everyone deserves to live their best life. If you are ready to put in the time and work, join me! In my spare time I like to be creative and enjoy taking photos. I like cooking delicious and nourishing vegan dishes and can often be found outside. I am always happiest when surrounded by the people I love, and my sweet labrador.

Desirée is a professional and helpful yoga teacher. She gives really good classes with pleasant and calm explanations. Desirée has a great personality that certainly contributes to her relaxing classes! When coming to Maastricht I first was afraid to not have my esta-blished yoga routine anymore. I'm pretty happy that I found Desiree's classes, because she is my "new" routine and even adds new things to my practise. I really enjoy her classes, I enjoy the community she creates and that I can be a part of it.
